KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Three members of the St. Olaf College women's soccer team were honored on the 2025 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III Women's All-Region IX Teams, as announced on Tuesday.
Senior
Katie Beaudry and junior
Emily Johnson were named to the Second Team, while senior
Cat Duffy-Shaw landed a spot on the Third Team. The three all-region selections marked the second-highest total in program history for St. Olaf, which had four last season.
Beaudry collected her second consecutive Second Team accolade for St. Olaf, making her one of five multiple-time United Soccer Coaches All-Region honorees in program history. During her senior season, Beaudry started all 19 of the games she played in, while helping the Oles post a program-record 0.55 goals-against average by limiting opponents to 11 goals in 20 games. She also chipped in offensively with one goal and five assists.
A Fourth Team selection a year ago, Johnson moved up to the Second Team following a season where she compiled 33 points on 15 goals and three assists in 19 games. Johnson's 33 points and 15 goals this season both rank third in recorded program history. She also set single-season program records with 105 shots and 52 shots on goal.
Duffy-Shaw, who was named to the Second Team last year and the Third Team in 2023, became the first three-time all-region honoree for St. Olaf with her Third Team selection. The senior wrapped up her standout career by recording two goals and a program-record nine assists for 13 points while starting all 20 games as a center midfielder.
For the second season in a row, St. Olaf set a single-season program record for wins, finishing 15-3-2 in its second season under head coach
Molly Fiedler. The Oles went a program-best 8-1-2 in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) and advanced to the semifinals of the MIAC Playoffs.
