LAKE PLACID, N.Y. – In its first event of the U.S. Collegiate Ski and Snowboard Association (USCSA) National Championships, the St. Olaf College men's alpine skiing team finished 22nd in the giant slalom on Wednesday at Whiteface Mountain.
Sophomore
Austin Mjanger was the lone Ole to complete both of his runs on the day and placed 37th (2:18.32). First year
Jackson Reents was in 13th (1:04.85) after the first run before not finishing his second run.
St. Olaf will be back in action in the slalom on Friday, March 13.
