ST. PAUL, Minn. – The St. Olaf College women's track and field team's 4x400-meter relay ran the No. 2 time in recorded program history at the Joe Sweeney Invitational on Wednesday at O'Shaughnessy Stadium.

Cora DenHartog clocked in at 3:53.08 to win the event with a time that trails only the 2010 school record of 3:52.06 on the Oles' all-time performers and performances lists. The finish was one of two event victories for St. Olaf at the unscored meet, which included teams from the NCAA Division I, II, and III levels.

Isabel Wyatt added a first-place showing in the 800-meter run with a season-best time of 2:11.94, which ranks first in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) and in the top 30 in NCAA Division III this season. The time also was the No. 8 performance in recorded program history in the event.

Ella Landis led four Oles in the top seven in the 1,500-meter run with a third-place finish in a personal-best time of 4:40.03. Sophomore

Jaeckle added a third-place performance in the 400-meter dash (57.95) to her leg of the 4x400-meter relay. First year
Abby Frei recorded the top placement for the Oles in the field events by placing fourth in the pole vault by clearing 3.62 meters (11' 10 ½"), which ranks second in the conference this season.
In the throws, sophomore
Logan Paulsen registered marks in both the hammer throw and shot put that fell on St. Olaf's all-time performers list. The sophomore's seventh-place mark of 44.65 meters (146' 6") in the hammer throw ranks third in program history, while Paulsen's seventh-place toss of 12.19 meters (40' 0") in the shot put is eighth all-time.
