SARTELL/MONTICELLO, Minn. – The St. Olaf College men's golf team finished 16th of 17 teams at this weekend's 2021 Saint John's Spring Invitational at Blackberry Ridge Golf Course and Monticello Country Club.
Junior
Casey Parker was St. Olaf's top finisher in a tie for 36th with a two-day total of 155 (+12). Parker had three birdies on a two-under 34 on the back nine as part of an opening-round 73 (+1).
After opening with an 83 (+11) on Saturday, senior
Seth Johnson recorded 14 pars and four bogeys in his second-round 75 (+4) and finished in a tie for 46th.
Sophomore
Ben Borchard tied for 79th overall after a two-round total of 171 (+28), while first year
Harry Olander was 87th (178, +35).
Senior
Ben Johnson had St. Olaf's second-best score on Sunday with a 79 (+8).
The Oles compete at the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) Championships from April 30 to May 2 at Emerald Greens in Hastings.
