BEND, Ore. – Sixteen members of the St. Olaf College men's and women's alpine skiing and men's and women's Nordic skiing teams were recognized as U.S. Collegiate Ski and Snowboard Association (USCSA) Scholar All-Americans at the conclusion of the USCSA National Championships.
Twelve members of the St. Olaf Nordic skiing teams and four from the alpine squads earned first team, second team, or honorable mention honors. In order to be eligible, student-athletes must have a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.30 and compete at the USCSA National Championships.
Student-athletes with a GPA of 3.80 or higher were named First Team Scholar All-Americans, student-athletes with GPAs between 3.50-3.79 were named Second Team Scholar All-Americans, and student-athletes with GPAs between 3.30-3.49 were named Honorable Mention Scholar All-Americans.
