Women's golf has six named WGCA All-American Scholars

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Six members of the St. Olaf College women's golf team were named to the 2024-25 Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar Team, as announced on Monday.

Rising sophomore Anneliese Carlson, rising juniors Marit Lyle, Solveig Senf, and Ella Wright, rising senior Belle Mae Williams, and recent graduate Kadyn Triebenbach '25 represented St. Olaf on the list of 1,499 women's collegiate golfers from 403 programs. Williams earned a third consecutive WGCA All-American Scholar accolade, while Lyle, Senf, and Wright collected a second. Carlson and Triebenbach were first-time honorees.

To be selected, student-athletes must have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 or higher, be an amateur and on the team's roster through the conclusion of the team's season, and have played in at least 50 percent of their team's regularly-scheduled competitive rounds during the season.
