MANKATO, Minn. – The St. Olaf College men's track and field team produced four performances that ranked on its all-time indoor top-10 list in the season-opening Chuck Petersen Open on Saturday at Myers Field House at Minnesota State University.

Fitzgerald produced St. Olaf's lone first-place finish in an individual event on the day by winning the 3,000-meter run in 8:30.90, which moved him into ninth place on St. Olaf's list. Fitzgerald's time ranks fifth in NCAA Division III on opening weekend. St. Olaf had three of the top-four finishers in the event, as juniors
Eli Doran and
Parker Max placed third and fourth, respectively, with times of 8:51.67 and 8:54.22.
Moore was the top NCAA Division III finisher in the 800-meter run with a third-place time of 1:54.75. The new PR saw the junior rise up to seventh on the Oles' all-time list with the second-fastest time in the country on the weekend. First year

After an extended break for finals and the holidays, St. Olaf will return in 2025 with an Intrasquad/Alumni Meet on Friday, Jan. 10 at Tostrud Center.
