DES MOINES, Iowa – Senior Logan Bocovich, junior Will Kelly, and senior Lucas Kramarczuk represented the St. Olaf College men's track and field team at the 113th Drake Relays on Thursday evening and Friday afternoon at Drake Stadium.

Competing against competition from all three NCAA Divisions, as well as NAIA and junior college programs, Bocovich and Kelly ran in distance events on Thursday evening before Kramarczuk competed in the 110-meter hurdles on Friday afternoon.

Kelly finished 24th out of 37 finishers – third among NCAA Division III runners – in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 9:04.10, which was a little over five seconds off his pace from his time of 8:58.95 from the Bryan Clay Invitational two weeks ago that ranks sixth in the top 10 in the country.

Bocovich, who entered the meet with the 12th-fastest time in the country in the event, placed 31st (14:35.56) as one of just three NCAA Division III runners in the seeded 5,000-meter run.

On Friday, Kramarczuk was third in his heat and 11th overall in the 110-meter hurdles, clocking in at 14.52 seconds to finish 0.12 seconds shy of earning a spot in the finals. Kramarczuk entered the meet with the 10th-fastest time (14.40) in NCAA Division III this season in the event.

St. Olaf competes at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational at Macalester College on Saturday, April 29 starting at 10 a.m.
