Adam Rice was an All-America defenseman for the St. Olaf men’s hockey program in his final campaign, 1990-91. He had 70 points in 76 career games, earning three letters and two team MVP honors. Rice was twice an All-MIAC selection. He was a plus-51 while on the ice, leading the Oles to a MIAC playoffs appearance in his last season. Rice has spent his 21-year professional career in human resources as a compensation professional, eight with Blue Cross Blue Shield and the last 13 with Best Buy Co., Inc. Rice and his wife Tracie have two daughters, Ashley and Morgan.
