St. Olaf College Athletics

J.D. Hanson lettered in football, golf and track. He was captain of the golf team and named Honor Athlete in 1952. He is currently vice-president of Apache Programs, Inc., Minneapolis. He was president of St. Olaf Alumni Lettermen’s Club. Hanson is active in community and civic organizations and has served on church councils of three congregations.
